Join us for monthly drop-in meetings to share and sample favourite recipes.

Each month, a food theme is provided to inspire participants to bring in a bite-sized sampling for 10 people. Food must be prepared in advance.

Participants are required to bring ingredient list and recipe to share. ALLERGY ALERT!

SEPTEMBER'S THEME is "Harvest Apples & Pears." Create a dish using apples/pears in recipe and bring samples to share with participants (10).
