Join us for a fun afternoon of film and discussion with screenings of titles from our Kanopy Collection. We will be watching "Marlowe".

Join us for a fun afternoon of film and discussion with screenings of titles from our Kanopy Collection. Whether you consider yourself an amateur film critic or are someone who just enjoys watching movies, you are welcome to join our Afternoon Film Club. Come watch and discuss a variety of thought-provoking films from around the world. Popcorn will be provided. 

This month we will be screening "Marlowe". A gripping noir crime thriller set in late 1930’s Los Angeles. MARLOWE centers around a street-wise, down on his luck detective; Philip Marlowe, played by Liam Neeson, who is hired to find the ex-lover of a glamorous heiress (Diane Kruger), daughter of a well-known movie star (Jessica Lange). The disappearance unearths a web of lies, and soon Marlowe is involved in a dangerous, deadly investigation where everyone involved has something to hide.

Please note films may contain mature subject matters and are intended for an older audience.
