This workshop series explores the latest research on dementia, its risk factors, and practical steps for prevention. Participants will learn how brain health is influenced by lifestyle choices,
including nutrition, exercise, heart health, and oral care. Dr. Gupta, a scientist and knowledge mobilization expert, will provide valuable insights on conditions like Alzheimer’s and
Parkinson’s, as well as strategies to reduce cognitive decline and support long-term mental well-being. Through engaging discussions and actionable advice, this series empowers seniors to take proactive steps toward maintaining a sharp mind and a healthier future.
