Stories. Poetry. Real Talk. Celebrate trans poets and authors sharing truth, talent, and inspiration through readings and dialogue about art, identity, and change.
Join us for an inspiring and empowering panel featuring trans poets and authors who are using their voices to spark change, share their truth, and build community. We're thrilled to welcome White Pine-nominated author and activist Matteo L. Cerilli, along with poets from Glowetry: The Word Book, a collection of art and poetry created by GLOW, the 2SLGBTQ+ drop-in support group at DCAFS.
Through moving readings and open conversation, our guests will explore identity, creativity, and the social issues that impact trans lives today. Whether you're curious about writing, passionate about justice, or just looking to hear voices that reflect the world around you, this event is a safe and welcoming space to listen, learn, and ask questions.
Let’s turn up the volume on stories that matter.
Please cancel if you are unable to attend due to the popularity of our programs. This way more people from the community are able to join. Thank you for being a good neighbour.
