Join us for monthly meetings to share and sample favourite recipes.

Each month, a food theme is provided to inspire participants to bring in a bite-sized sampling for 10 people. Food must be prepared in advance.

December Theme is "Holiday Treats." Bring samples of your favourite cookies, squares or bars to share with participants (10).

Food must be prepared in advance.  Participants are required to bring ingredient list and recipe to share. ALLERGY ALERT!
