Join us for a hands-on, Indigenous-led workshop where we’ll create a canoe out of clay and embellish with cedar.
We will speak about the canoe story and how rest was needed for the canoe, much like our own mind and bodies during winter. We also touch on cedar medicine and ways to get us through the darker months of winter.
All materials supplied. Tanya from Roots and Raven will lead us.
Registration Required. EVERYONE must register.
Please cancel if you are unable to attend due to the popularity of our programs. This way more people from the community are able to join. Thank you for being a good neighbour.
