Join us to learn about the cultural significance of sweetgrass and the importance of smoke-free smudging as an alternative in certain situations. Participants will receive a sweetgrass braid along with the supplies needed to prepare a sweetgrass medicine infusion together during the program. The infusion will be completed at home, where it will be strained and bottled after six weeks.
Registration Required. EVERYONE must register.
