In partnership with Brampton Caledon Community Living, a free monthly program designed specifically for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Relax and drop into a meditative state as you learn the art of mandala making and dot mandalas. This series is designed so that each session builds on the skills learned in the previous one.
