Join artist and seasoned adventurer Al Pace, whose 48 years of wilderness exploration across remote Arctic rivers have shaped a remarkable creative journey.
Al Pace has explored countless miles of remote, arctic rivers over a span of 48 years. The colours, textures and rhythms of the northern landscape have infused Al’s creative process while creating vessels and forms in high-fired stoneware and porcelain. The Art of Adventure connects Al’ two worlds and celebrates how this Artist-Adventurer has inspired a unique legacy of beauty and truth.
Al is also co-owner of Canoe North Adventures, an award-winning wilderness travel company. Since 1987, he's led expeditions and paddled 30,000 river miles across the Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories, with bases in Mono (Ontario), Whitehorse, Fort Simpson, and Norman Wells.
Let Al Pace inspire you with a lifetime shaped by clay, courage, and the call of the North.
